Arable land,especially the rational utilization and scientific management of thecontiguous nature of basic farmland protect significance for regional food security. Even ifChina has the world’s most stringent farmland protection system, but there are manyoutstanding issues in the current use and management of China’s arable land, mainly thedeclining amount of cultivated land and the overall level of quality of arable landdecreased. Cultivated land in China has been showing the characteristics of the finefragmentation, the greater the ridge coefficient, the smaller the area of arable land arable,arable land is more broken, more is not conducive to large-scale operation and mechanizedfarming, so the ridge of the number and area of land use, especially in the status of arableland,which can not be ignored. The Hexi Corridor is an important commodity grainconstruction base in recent years through research found that the trend of the regionshowing the better the quality of arable land, the smaller the area.In this study,109administrative villages, farmers in the four towns of the Hexicorridor Yongchang six townships in the county selected10sample survey data based onthe AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis derived factors that affect cultivated ridgecoefficient of the right to re-On this basis, visited the survey farmers on the separation ofthe wishes of the analysis of production and land classification for the wishes of theallocation of land contract. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Separation of the analysis of production behavior is a direct result of the increasein arable land ridge coefficient to reduce the actual land area cultivated. And more land andfragmented land is not conducive to mechanized operations is not conducive to theindustrial management of agriculture; In the survey, due to the separation of the analysis ofproduction minimum area of land of less than1acres, mechanized operations difficult. Dueto land fragmentation, the advantages of the industrialization of agriculture is also difficultto play. The direct increase or decrease of the number of households a direct impact on thecomplexity of the mechanization of agriculture and waste.(2) Separation of the analysis of production behavior is a long-standing, continue tobe used this way, the land issue will persist. Farmers as a strong independence of economicactors, and its separation of the analysis of production behavior often associated withexternal and persistent, resulting in many problems of the land: land piecemeal increase in agricultural costs, low land resource allocation problem.(3) Agricultural Land Classification and the allocation of arable land contract is acombination, which can effectively reduce the cultivated ridge coefficient and reducingfragmentation, effectively increasing the arable land, increasing plant efficiency, reducingagricultural costs.(4) According to the household survey,60.6percent of farmers willing to try theseparation of the classification and grading of agricultural land.(5) The Government should promote large-scale management of agriculture, promotethe reform of land transfer, to improve farmers intensive land, cultivated land protectionawareness.
