Research On Governance Model Of Business Ecosystem

Along with the rapid development of the global economy and the continuousimprovement of the technological level, the competitive and the competition modelbetween enterprises has happened tremendous changes, which made more and moreenterprises enjoy in business ecosystem of this new business model throughcollaborative to meet the overall interests to achieve and the pursuit of individualinterests at the same time.This paper mainly analyses the governance subject of business ecosystem,governance mechanism and the mutualism between members. We first established thegovernance subject of the system. It inducts the types of enterprises members in theecosystem, established the core enterprise as subject of the governance on the basis ofsumming up the characteristics of core enterprise, and then specifically instructs thecore strategy with Chinese mobile commerce ecosystem and Microsoft commercialecosystem as a case. We next explore the governance mechanisms. It describes theenvironment and points out the problems in governance, proposed that the substanceof the business ecosystem governance is member relationship management based onembedded relationship, it means we should establish an effective governancemechanism between enterprises, including entry and exit mechanism, mutualismmechanisms, learning mechanisms, incentives and trust mechanisms, and establishes atheoretical model. We last empirically analysis the mutualism relationship in theecosystem. It explains the type of mutualism relationship at first, then selects Toyotabusiness ecosystem as typical cases which calculate the correlation between differenttypes of enterprises using grey correlation analysis method, that there are significantmutualism relationship in the ecosystem.
