Research On Selective Mechanism In The Supply Chain Risk Transmission Based On The Manufacturing

At present, supply chain management has widely become a used mode of operation andmanagement. In cooperation，There are potential conflicts of interest and risk inevitably. And with thebusiness in the supply chain，supply chain risk is transferring along with the information flow,logistics, capital flow and other forms in the supply chain enterprises. In this transfer process, riskaccumulates,enlarges,mutates through a specific form of the transmission of risk, have a "contagioneffect" that will ultimately lead to the crisis of the entire supply chain. Therefore, in order to managesupply chain risk better, it is necessary to study on the processes and mechanisms of supply chain risktransmission. Based on analyzing the supply chain risk transfer process, this paper analysises andresearches the risk of supply chain selective transfer mechanism,summed up the specificcharacteristics and principles of the manufacturing supply chain risk transfer mechanism. that providea reference for supply chain risk management theory and practice.Thereby contributing to theeffectiveness of supply chain management, improve efficiency of supply chain management.According to research needs,taking into account the special nature of the supply chain system andthe characteristics of risk transmission of the supply chain, at first,this paper has summarize andabstract a new supply chain risk categories from supply chain enterprises’ risks, supply chain risk andthe external risks.The concept of "supply chain transitivity risk" presented in this paper abstracts andsummarizes various types of supply chain node enterprise risk,supply chain risk and external risks ofsupply chain system, it can fit on each node enterprise when it is passed in the supply chain.Then,thispaper analysises the node enterprises correlation of the supply chain in detail,and determine the nodeenterprises correlation of the supply chain by analysising manufacturing supply chain nodecharacteristics and enterprise relationships between enterprises.This paper descripes the indicators andweights of every indicator,and the methods and procedures of quantitative calculation of the supplychain nodes in enterprise-related degrees. At the same time,this paper characterizes the ability to resistrisks,and give node enterprise risk threshold quantitative analysis.Finally,the concept of risk transfercoefficient is introduced, the model is built,which is related the enterprise-related degrees, riskthreshold and so on.
