With the economic globalization trend, supply chain breaks through the traditional geographical restrictions and becomes globally. During this process, the risk factors affecting the quality of the supply chain increase continuously and show an industrial aggregation characteristic. Nowadays, China becomes more and more assimilable in the global economic system. In this background, China is gradually becoming the manufacture of world. The international products, market and technological competition will also require more from the management of supply chain quality risk. It has been a strategic problem for supply chain enterprises to be solved as how to establish and operate a highly-efficient supply chain and avoid the quality risk. From the perspective of basic concepts, such as supply chain management, supply chain quality management and risk management, and through the research of supply chain quality risk transfer mechanism, the formation mechanism and characteristics of supply chain quality risk as well as its transfer mechanism are analyzed in this dissertation, and the author abstracts a typical mode of certain link in the supply chain before studying the risk treatment of its corresponding stage and the concept of quality supply chain from the supply chain quality risk transfer, and, together with the description of QFD, extends to the quality risk transfer mode in supply chain. At last, this dissertation analyzes the reason of TOYOTA Event caused by the quality of braking system, summarizes it from the perspective of theory, then makes a quantification verification of risk transfer according to supply chain quality risk transfer equation, and finally achieves the influence degree of upstream enterprises on downstream enterprises in the supply chain.
