During the chaos of photovoltaic industry, the quality problem gradually emerged. With thesequality problems, a photovoltaic system Integration Company focused quality control mechanismsbased on the process node theory was proposed.This paper focuses on photovoltaic systems Integration Company located on the downstream ofPV industry chain, and chooses design process group and construction process group as the specificstudy object which have the greatest impact on project quality. Using the process node theory, arrangethe photovoltaic systems integration company’s business management process. From the microscopicpoint of view, research the quality control mechanisms of design process group and constructiongroup process.First, by analyzing the correlation between process nodes, research the formula of base flowprocesses and composite processes the correlation between nodes respectively. Correlation iscalculated between the process nodes to select key processes nodes, and decided the focus ofmonitoring object.Second, build a quality control mode of photovoltaic system Integration Company based onprocess node. By analyzing the design process nodes and construction process nodes, classify factorsaffecting the quality of key process nodes, to determine the appropriate control standards, and finallyselect the appropriate monitoring methods to control, to achieve optimal quality and quality control.Finally, to implement quality control mechanism in JX Company, and analyses the data beforeand after implement, verify the quality control mechanisms of photovoltaic systems IntegrationCompany based on process nodes in the JX Company’s operating results.In this paper, on the theoretical basis of the process node, from the microscopic point of view, itsquality control measures is more suitable for the actual operation. Through the correlation betweenprocess nodes, the original process nodes were traced, to find the root causes of quality problems andreduce the quality loss.
