At present,under the circumstance of traditional energy is petering out all over the world,it is the consensus for every country's development that using clean energy to replace the traditional one.Many developed countries have already pursued a series of projects to encourage people to invest the distributed photovoltaic power generating project,and gained great achievement.In China,the government is doing research and development to the use-pattern of a series of new energy,and a large number of clean energy power generating project that are invested by the government have been operated.But,the distributed photovoltaic power generating program which would be invested by social dispersal capital is still at the primary development.However,basing on the characteristic of distributed photovoltaic power generating project,including less contaminate,outstanding benefit of environmental protection,remit the intension local electricity demand to some extent,can both generate and use electricity,a rate of return on investment when mature project being running,etc.In the expected future,the distributed photovoltaic power generation will occupy the important position in China's power generating program.This article mainly aims at the investment pattern and benefit distribution of the distributed photovoltaic power generating program to carry on research.The investment pattern is basically autonomous investment pattern in China.That's why,this article uses financial analysis for investment project,the data of distributed photovoltaic power generating program of Zhongshan,Guangdong,and the rate for deposit and loan in bank to do the relevant financial analysis for the investment pattern in the country,the leasing model,the loan financing model which is based on effectiveness evaluation.Besides,the Value Engineering method is used to make a comprehensive comparison to the models and gets the client type that each model is suited for,as well as the function index for each mode when considering relevant element factors.As the investment pattern part bases on current government subsidy policy and the price that the power supplier offers to buy the electricity power from the investor.On the benefit distribution side,this article considers relevant discussion.First,we build a one-person game model for the investor to choose the best invest model from two models with the most and the second high function index when considering new relevant factors.Then the article builds a tripartite non-cooperative game model with the overall concertation about the input-output and the probable of input of all the participants.This game model bases on the best invest model.By analysis,the equilibrium solution of the tripartite non-cooperative game model and the strategy for the government,the power supplier,and the investor to improve the earnings are made.Synthesizing the full article,it discusses the client type that each operation model is suited for basing on the financial analysis,use the Value Engineering method to choose from the invest models.And the one-person game model for the investor,the tripartite non-cooperative game model between the government,the power supplier,and the investor.As the conclusion,the government and the power supplier should consider the speciality of the invest model when making the strategy about offer the subsidy and the earning by selling electricity power.By the meantime,they can try to down the other cost or improve the output to increase the earnings they gain.On the other side,when making investment decision or operation decision for the project,the investor could consider about using advanced equipment to increase unit generated energy,or down the annual maintenance cost to increase the earnings.The investor can even take some new invest models such as crowd funding to increase the earnings when it comes to a level.The relevant model and conclusion that this article suggest have reference sense on the distributed clean energy power generating program.
