Research On Policy And Price Of Photovoltaic Power Generation In Anhui

As an important new energy industry, solar energy has achievedrapi d development in recent years. Anhui Province, the photovoltaic industr y as one of the strategic emerging industry focus on the development of the province, in recent years have achieved remarkable social and econo mic benefits.However, since 2012, restricted by Europe and the United States " anti-dumping and anti-bribery" and the domestic photovolta ic power generation projects, subsidies, gridand other policy mechanism, th e development of the photovoltaic industry is very slow. This thesis ta kes Anhui province roof photovoltaic power generation as the focus, res earch the bottleneck of the development, from the international experien ce, the present situation of Anhui province and the economic level, the management level to analyze, proposes a distributed photovoltaic power generation economic incentive and access system policy recommendations,mainly divided into the following four aspects:(1)Research on the PV power installed status and "Twelfth Five Yea r" development planning and industry and the "Twelfth Five Year" develo pment planning of Anhui, and analyses the present situation of comme rcial mode power consumption mode of photovoltaic power generation s tatus and photovoltaic power generation of Anhui.(2)Through Germany, Japan, Britain, American photovoltaic market situation,the economic incentive policy, tax policy, price policy and relate d policy implementation research,combining and analyzes the problem o f photovoltaic power generation of economy of our country is currently implementing incentive policy situation, put forward economic incentive policies of the photovoltaic power generation in China.(3) For residential and non residential rooftop photovoltaic power ge neration of Anhui, through the analysis of the income and cost, calculati ons using the subsidy level reasonable degree of electricitysubsidies an d investment subsidies in two ways.(4) Where the subsidy level of non residential roof grid connected photovoltaic power generation and residential users roof grid connected p hotovoltaic power generation through the different power consumption m ode, comparative analysis of economic and social benefits of photovoltai c subsidies, the amount and sources of government subsidies, and put for ward the strategy of generation and development direction of photovolta ic suggestions.The next step plan with Anhui photovoltaic power price policy res earch results, the research on Shanghai photovoltaic subsidies and policy direction.
