Research On The Technology Innovation Approach Choice Under Paradigm Of Low-carbon Economy

Technical innovation is the soul of national progress and the country prosperous continuousdevelopment. Due to lack of ecological value, the practical value makes the traditional technologyinnovation inevitable causing ecological defects. Especially in recent years, with development oftechnology and the increasing temperature of the earth, global climate change is one of the mostsevere challenges that become a direct threat to human survival. In order to deal with climatechange, energy security, promote social sustainable and economic development, low-carboneconomy begins to be popular consideration, and become the only choice of social development.Meanwhile, technology innovation to be low carbon is the inevitable choice to develop low carboneconomy and construct such a society. It is also the only route to solve the conflicting naturalecological problem in our current society.This paper takes low carbon economy as a new paradigm, analyzing the traditionaltechnology innovation of the ecological value of the flaw, probes the low carbon economydevelopment adapt to the technological innovation mode. It firstly explain the low carboneconomy and the implication of technology innovation, expounds the innovation of traditionaltechnology of the inner defects, and point out that the human is the main reason. Through theanalysis of dialectical relationship between low-carbon economy and technology, it reveals theclose relation between them. Secondly, this paper start from the low-carbon economic, treat it as alow-carbon economic paradigm, and focus on ecological loss of high carbon economic, anddiscuss the technological innovation model for adapting the low-carbon economic development.Thirdly, the technological innovation in a low carbon economy exemplar of new characteristicsand principles should be followed, and points out that the technology innovation abiding by thesustainable, circulation, the ecological principle, the most important thing is to person-centered. Atlast, from technology, system and cultural three aspects to discuss the technical innovation to thespecific approaches low carbon.
