As the financial system reform furthered in China, domestic financial industry isgrowing competitive, third echelon of China banking--city commercial bank’sdevelopment environment is also experiencing a drastic change. Luoyang Bank as oneof them, how to further sized up the situation, face to face with opportunity andchallenge, find their own goal orientation and the direction of development, adjustdevelopment strategy and the corresponding strategies, strive to seek the leapingdevelopment, has become an important problem to be resolved. Study managementstrategy of Luoyang Bank not only has certain theoretical meaning, and moreimportant, has very strong targeted and larger realistic significance.From the research background and real meaning, this paper firstly analyzes themacro environment and the industrial environment of the commercial banks andLuoyang Bank in development, then briefly reviews the development and reformcourse of Luoyang Bank, afterwards analyses some problems of Luoyang Bank in thecurrent business strategy about business consciousness, development orientation,market strategy positioning, business innovation ability, internal managementmechanism, etc, meanwhile carries out the comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Finally closely around becoming a regional commercial bank’s development goals,puts forward a series of suggestions from brand, outlets, customer relations, humanresources, capital operation on the five main, this expands ideas for Luoyang Bank insustainable development in future.As far as concrete research methods are concerned,the paper does the researchprogressively according to the way of proposing the problem,analyzing the problemand solving the problem with Luoyang Bank as an example, and explores the existingproblems and defects in the strategy management of Luoyang Bank comprehensivelybased on Factor Analysis Approach, Five-Factor Model, Value Chain, and so onstrategic analysis model. Through drawing lessons actively from the domestic and foreign commercial bank strategic management experiences, combining the modernservice industry development of strategic management theories, it gradually exploresthe road of reform for Luoyang Bank trans-regional development business accordingto the order of priorities by stratification principles, from the severe to mild or theurgent to slow. I hope the research results of this paper can also provide usefulexperiences for other city commercial banks in strategic management.
