A Coordinated Development Research Of Shaanxi Province Industrial Structure And Resource Utilization

The rapid economic development inevitably requires the industrial structureadjustment. The purpose of the industrial structure adjustment is to constantly optimizethe coordination of development and develop from junior to senior. Industrial structureand resource use are mutual restraint and impacted, changes in industrial structuredetermines the efficiency of resource use, resource utilization changes restricting theoptimization of industrial structure. In the process of new industrialization realization ofShaanxi Province, severe resource constraints exacerbated by the Shaanxi Province inthe mode of economic growth is still in the extensive mode to intensive one stage.Promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading of Shaanxi Province, toimprove the efficiency of resource use to achieve faster and better by the ShaanxiProvincial Economic and scientific development through the analysis of the extentindustrial structure and resource utilization coordinated development of ShaanxiProvince has important theoretical and practical significance.This article first summarizes the related literature and the industrial structure andresource utilization research results. Industry changes and resource utilization ofdifferent industry in Shaanxi Province is discussed in the time of mid-term economicindustrialized development and service sector economy replacing industrial economy.Principal component analysis is used to establish a scientific and rational indicatorssystem to measure the industrial structure and resource utilization changes in ShaanxiProvince. Based on existing data, selecting2002to2010as the time period, using thecomprehensive index system established, principal component analysis is used toanalysis industrial structure and resources integrated development index of ShaanxiProvince in SPSS software. The study results show that the industrial structure andresource utilization index of Shaanxi Province is gradually increased; in order to quantify the industrial structure and resource utilization coordination relation of ShaanxiProvince, regression analysis model, state coordination model, the coordinateddevelopment index model are established. The coordination statement and developmentcoordination index of this paper shows that industrial structure and resource utilizationindex of Shaanxi Province fluctuates and in the situation of low coordination. Based onthe analysis above, coordinated development countermeasures are advised fromindustrial policy and resource aspects.
