An Empirical Analysis On The Factor In The Development Of Country Economic In Shaanxi Province

One of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation-Shaanxi is rich in science technology, tourism, education,natural resources and mineral-rich, was once the country's political, economic and cultural center. With the market economic development, other provinces and cities have achieved good results, and Shaanxi, the former Pearl little bleak indeed, economic development lags behind, a significant dual economic structure, economic development imbalances, weak financial base, urban and rural income gap obvious imbalance in industrial structure, many of the "Shaanxi Phenomenon" severely restricts the development of Shaanxi. Intra-County Economy accounts for a large part of the economic weight of Shaanxi, "Shaanxi phenomenon" in the performance of the Intra-County economic development increasingly significant, the Intra-County economic development lags behind seriously hampered the coordination of economic development of Shaanxi. How do the Intra-Country in Shaanxi Province to promote sustained, healthy and stable development have become important issues we are facing one.Party National Congress issued the first "the intra-county economic development and growth, " the call, in line with the needs of economic and social development, solve the "three rural issues "; the intra-county economic development is to eliminate the dual economic structure Urban and Rural Development to achieve the inevitable choice; is to promote regional industrial structure, the realization of regional industrialization of agriculture, industrialization, for good measure; is conducive to enhancing regional comprehensive competitiveness.In this paper, regional economics, industrial economics, econometrics, finance related theory, and empirical analysis using standard analysis combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis of a combination of research methods, from the analysis status of county economic development in Shaanxi Province, the basic characteristics and existing problems,83 counties in Shaanxi province (city) as the research object, the establishment of the index system including economic development, industrial structure, capital stock, the Government's fiscal and economic operation development environment, people's living conditions, energy consumption level of 16 indicators of five categories, using SPSS, the factor analysis processing, data analysis by comparing the results of three years, trying to find the cause differences in county economic development in Shaanxi Province.The main reason, that affect the county's economic development in Shaanxi Province factors, and county (city) level of economic development of a comprehensive score ranking; in the comprehensive ranking based on the 83 counties in Shaanxi Province were clustered, by all county the developed model, the more developed, moderately developed four-and backward-type for the actual situation of Shaanxi Province, the paper proposes four county economic development model for reference. Finally, the article given us the intra-county economic development and narrow the differences in county economic countermeasures: first, to local conditions the development of economy with local characteristics; Second, the intra-county's economic development industrialization path to go; Third, to encourage the development of private economy, to energize the intra-county economic development; Fourth, we must accelerate the pace of urbanization; Fifth, we should adhere to the county through science and education strategies; Sixth, the transformation of government functions, improve the style of government, strengthening the leadership of the intra-county economy; seventh to improve financial services for the intra-county's economic development to provide adequate funding.The innovation of this paper is to apply factor analysis and SPSS to the intra-county economic development and the impact of different factors on the deep analysis of Shaanxi Province, let us have deeper understanding to county economic development differences influence factors.This research for the intra-county economic development policy formulation provides certain theoretical basis.
