| With the expanding of the scale of construction and improving of economy, thegreen construction mode the main thrust is to conserve resources, protect environmentmust be imperatively carried out. However, in the process of implementation of greenconstruction mode, there are many barriers, serious impact on the effect of theimplementation of the model in China. Therefore, how the smooth implementation ofthe green mode of construction and to ensure its effectiveness is an important issueworthy of attention and study.Firstly, on the basis of the drawbacks of traditional construction technology modein China and the current situation of green construction implementation in domestic andinternational market, the necessity of promoting the green construction technologymode in China. The responsibilities of social subjects in the implementation of thismode of construction are defined.Secondly, the obstacles to the implementation of green construction aresummarized, from cognitive factors, policy factors and economic factors.Corresponding measures are take to address these obstacles in China: enhance publicawareness of green construction, strengthen the control of the bidding stage, thegovernment set the green to promote mechanisms; and analysis of the insufficiency ofthese measures, and then proposes the construction mode of construction waste sourcereduction. The construction of the model program is described in detail from greenmanagement, new construction techniques to achieve cleaner production, green buildingmaterials, preventing or reducing environmental pollution and other aspects.Finally, the operability of the construction mode of reducing construction wastefrom the source is verified by a laboratory building Xi’an University of Architecture andTechnology College Hua qing College. Value coefficient and green of the construction mode are evaluated using of value engineering principles, analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy mathematics method; meanwhile. According to the actual data collected in theproject, the saving economic costs of the project due to the implementation of theconstruction mode of construction waste source reduction is calculated, andcomprehensive proving the absolute superiority of the construction mode ofconstruction waste source reduction in economic costs, conserve resources,environmental protection, the elimination of the construction waste production. |
