The Research On Impact Factors For Construction Enterprises To Implement Green Construction

With the development of times,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,energy conservation and environmental protection has become a topic of common concern around the world.Construction industry is highly polluting area,ecological environment in order to ensure human health living environment in the construction industry should fight to save energy to protect the environment.Domestic and foreign existing research shows that implementation of green construction is to improve environmental health,reduce building energy consumption in our country,one of the effective means to alleviate energy shortage.However,China's promotion of green construction is not ideal encountered problems,mainly embodied in low and high cost of green,green consciousness word actually don't do.Most of the construction companies actively promote green construction of intention is not strong.Locate and systematic analysis of factors affect the construction companies to implement green construction to promote green construction has a certain significance.This paper attempts to Chinese construction companies for the study,the combination of reading through literature and interviews with experts,got 10 factors that affect the implementation of green construction and two control variables,and build the research model.Reference for scale and combining the actual situation design questionnaire,through the actual survey data,using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0,using factor analysis and structural equation and variance analysis of the various influence factors on the role of construction enterprises to implement green construction relations,12 research hypotheses are verified.By analyzing the findings of the study confirmed the reasonableness of the model,the relationship between the influence of affecting factors and on this basis on how to promote green construction development put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,and points out the future research direction of this topic.
