Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Green Construction Promotion

With the public awareness of environmental protection and the growing demand for sustainable development,the implementation of green construction is the inevitable trend of the future development of the construction industry is also an important strategy for the construction industry to achieve sustainable development.However,the green construction in China is still in the initial stage.In order to save money,many construction units are not motivated to implement green construction.In recent years,green construction has not been widely promoted in China.The purpose of this paper is to propose government incentive policies to help enterprises to promote green building.In this paper,the green construction and related theories are explained first.This study finds that the status quo of green construction in China is not perfect in policies and regulations for green construction,imperfect in technical policy support for green construction,ineffective in green construction,and insufficient in public awareness of green construction.Not perfect,in laws and regulations,rules and regulations,the lack of practical economic incentives,lack of supervision and evaluation system is not perfect,the construction management system restricts the green construction promotion,the role of government and enterprises did not give full play to the green construction management and lack of attention problems.After analyzing the factors of the construction of China's green construction to promote the implementation of the existing problems and influence,this study puts forward some improvement suggestions to promote the implementation of green construction,from the system of laws and regulations,the establishment of the system of establishing and perfecting the incentive policy system,improve the regulatory system,high public awareness of green construction and the establishment of dynamic evaluation system five suggestions,in order to promote the effective implementation of green construction in China.
