Research On Driving Forces For Construction Enterprises To Implement Green Construction

As the specific application of sustainable development thought in the constructionphase, green construction has great significance in promoting the sustainabledevelopment of building industry. However, the current acceptance level of greenconstruction is still low in dominate, showing problems in the construction enterprisesthat insufficient understanding of the implementation of green construction, depth orbreadth is not enough in practice, practicing little while approving high in verbal, and soon. Therefore, the correct understanding of the real motives for drive the constructionenterprises to implement green construction green construction plays an important rolefor the promotion of construction enterprises.Both the domestic and international research related fields of driving force of greenconstruction has had some achievements, but there are still some drawbacks as follows:First, people usually pay much attention to environmental problems while insufficientattention to social or economic problems. Second, the development process of theenterprises is not considered for dynamic study while there are only staticconsiderations. According to the development process, this paper divides the buildingenterprises into four categories, and figures out the main driving factors for those fourdifferent categories of construction enterprises to implement green construction inspiredby the bilateral matching theory for the method of logical deduction, and at last, on thebasis of the main driving factors of each different category of construction enterprises,puts forward some different differentiation countermeasures reflecting thecomprehensive trinity view of social, economic and environmental. The specific worksare as follows:1. established green construction concept system in support of composite systemwhich is social, economic and environmental three-dimensional structured, establishinga unified concept and cognitive platform for the follow-up study;2.inspired by Maslow demand theory, the development process of constructionenterprise is divided into four consecutive phases from low to high, so that constructionenterprises are divided into four categories;3. By Analyzing the motivation of the construction enterprises to implement greenconstruction with the basic theory, building the driving force model of constructionenterprises to implement green construction, based on this model, combing and analyzing previous studies perspective, one by one to identify a total of27drivingfactors;4. inspired by the bilateral matching theory, a " driving factors-constructionenterprises" matching model is established, and a screening scheme is designed,accordingly each driving factor is identified as a main driving factor for one or twocertain categories of construction enterprise to implement green construction, whichbecomes to the basis of putting forward countermeasures and suggestions at the last ofthe paper;...
