Demonstration Study On Venture-prevention Of New High-tech Industrialization During The Period Of Development

With the rapid development of global economic Integration and technology, thehi-tech has been the primary motive force in the era of intellectual economy，and thetechnology industry development level has already become the important symbol ofweighing the regional competitiveness of the country，so it is so important for the hightechnology to prevent the risk.High-tech enterprise is the soul of innovation economy and knowledge economy,with characteristics high technology, high investment, high efficiency, high difficulty,high competition and high-risk. Because of the advanced features of the vast proportionhigh-tech, immaturity of the technology leads to the uncertainty of the futuredevelopment. Whether to develop marketable products in the fierce market competitionresolves to the complexity and the high incidence of growing high-tech enterprises,coupled with the uncertainty of the lack of high-tech talents and environmental policies.The practice in many countries shows that20percent enterprises of high-tech businessare completely successful and completely failure. The ability to prevent risks of themajority is to be improved in the growth process at this stage. Therefore, how to buildprevention system to the risk, suitable for the growing development of high-techenterprises in China is very important on the theoretical significance and applicationvalue. The study is discussed around this core issue.Firstly, the paper integrates the theory of risk prevention and comprehensive riskmanagement on the basis of existing research, and analyzes of the risk characteristicsof the growing high-tech enterprises systematically. Besides this, factors of high-techenterprises risk in the process for growing are identified and classified by the paper,which is the basis to address the growing high-tech growth risk prevention.Secondly, the paper puts forward27risk factors affecting the development ofhigh-tech enterprises by the definition of the concept of risk factors and areas, andestablished a prevention system for risk of high tech. Next, at the basis of indicating14prevention indicators according to the chaⅡracteristics of the high-tech and objectivefactors, the paper investigates the importance of14indictors, combined with thecharacteristics of risk factors of high-tech enterprises in the GEM. With the risk factorsof high-tech enterprises in the GEM being analyzed on the basis of the findings byAnalytic Hierarchy Process, the paper gets and sorts synthesis weights for each factor and obtains the ranking of risk prevention factors on the importance. The papermakes the results evaluation and raises three levels of risk factors for prevention. Byadjusting prior system, the paper establishes a ring hierarchy system to risk preventionfor growing high-tech enterprise. The growing high-tech enterprises can focus onimportant risk by ring hierarchy, by studying actual situation and problems ofself-development.Finally, the paper proposes strategy of risk prevention and control for the growinghigh-tech enterprises by analyzing risk prevention factors of GEM. The paper putsforward to recommendations on four perspectives—product development, technicalpersonnel, market share and technological achievements Respectively, and points outimportant measures for growing high-tech enterprises to achieve development.
