As our Country opened to outside world for a long time, the small high-tech enterprise have made great progress and become a main innovator. Following the development of country, the small high-tech enterprise has become one of the most important leaders in high-tech industrialization.As an indispensable exterior resource of small high-tech enterprise, distribution channel achievement may affect not only the efficiency of the form's distribution, but also its development and exist. Owning a stable, effective distribution channel would be a symbol of core competition power for the small high-tech enterprise. And its success or not in operation also is a measure for the maturity of form's management system. The risk-prevention is a part of the distribution system of small high-tech enterprise, what is more, is of the key step of controlling risk. If the channel's risk not be under well control, the small high-tech enterprise would suffer great loss during the process of operation.This paper studies the risk passed in the distribution channel, mainly discussed about risk type and sources. By using the Risk Chain Analysis, it researched the way risk transmitted and the mode. With the GAHP theory, it gives the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis about the channel's risk. Meanwhile, with the Bayesian decision-making method help the paper analysis the choice of decision-making deeply in form, established the capacity-loyalty model and manage the channel member in difference ways. In the end, based on the risk-comment and analysis, the article gives its advice for building the risk-prevention system of the small high-tech enterprise's distribution channel. |
