As the market economy develops and more working opportunities appear, the environment for people to flow more easily has come into being. The job-hopping of employees has become a popular phenomenon in China. This phenomenon is very popular in the high-tech industry .People ,especially people with talents or core people, their flowage has become a fatal blow to the high-tech enterprises .More and more high-tech enterprise managers realize that the biggest threat to their enterprises is people unexpected flowage . How to control the employee flowage has become a key success factor in the high-tech industry. Though much research has been done aboard, they are not suitable in China, for they were done in the background of capital market economy. In China in this area little research has been done.In order to deeply analyze the problem and help the managers of high-tech enterprises to prevent people flowage risk, the article first consulted past relevant statistics and then resignation inclination questionnaires were made . After the survey was carried out in 16 high-tech enterprises, the statistics were carefully analyzed and then the concept of focus coefficient was introduced . After consulting the relevant theories , the article offers the managers in the high-tech industry a practical method to prevent people with talents unexpected flowage .Based on the relevant theories, the article has taken some innovative methods and tools. After sampling and surveying and analyzing the statistics, the article introduced the concept of focus coefficient, which is based on employee satisfaction and employee demands. By doing relevant analysis between focus coefficient and resignation inclination , the article proves that the focus coefficient arid resignation inclination is high relevant, then through the focus coefficient, the article found the main cause for employee flowage.Because little research has been done in the area of employee flow in the high-tech industry in China, the article used the method of focus coefficient to analyze the cause of employee resignation for the first time, which is valuable to high-tech enterprises managers. And based on the result of the analysis, the article also offered some practical measures to prevent or decrease the risk of employee unexpected flowage. At this point, this article is beneficial and profitable.
