Optimization Of Residential Project Based On The Extensional Analytic Hierarchy Process

Now it emerges an abnormal development form of only pursuing economic effects in Chinese residential real estate.It exists very serious Real estate bubble.This has caused security risks to Chinese social development and economic stability.The purpose of this article is finding a best decision-making point of many programs that meets not only the domestic economic goals but also the functional requirements of residence,achieves a good social effects and ecological effects.Accordingly we will provide a valuable reference for sustainable and healthy development of residential real estate.In this article,we will set evaluations of residential decision-making such as economics effects,functional effects,social effects and ecological effects.So it will improve the fragmented approach in the past considering only the economic effect during the decision-making.The evaluation methods is Extensional Analytic Hierarchy Process.It overcomes the shortcomings of the previous analytic hierarchy process(AHP) that don't considering ambiguity.Specifically it make our judgment in a corresponding range and is closer to the reality when comparing the importance of two programs.And EAHP will omit the tiresome consistency test of AHP.The model built in this article is arrangement of ideas structural model.According to the sustainable development request of residential project,it sets more reasonable hierarchial structure.AHP uses the extension theory and the element theory.So it has more feasibility in it.This article quotes a residential development project in Zhengzhou City as an example.After using above-mentioned method to find the best program,it will verify the optimization results according to the reality.Thus we can summarize a reference method of decision-making for residential products sustainable and healthy development.
