Dynamic Ability Construction And Evaluation On Construction Enterprise

With the deepening of globalization, the global resource allocation and accelerationof information of network, the construction enterprises have more choices in the way ofbusiness, value chain being unbundled and restructured, occurrence of many newproducts and services, new technology, new contracting model and the broadercustomer base, and so forth, which make the construction companies in an unstableenvironment marked by a faster technical updation, owners’ increasingly high demand,the form of business organization being increasingly networked, management toolsbeing informationized, integrated and intelligentized. How to improve thecompetitiveness of the construction enterprises in the unstable environment havebecome an important issue for the development of building enterprises. The main line ofThis paper make research of the dynamic ability of construction enterprises. This paperbased on cognitive of connotation System analysis and engineering modeling theory,from three aspects of dynamic ability----content, level and evolution law, established athree-dimensional dynamic capabilities model. In order to further study the evolution ofdynamic capabilities of construction enterprises, it has analyzed the five operatingmechanism in the formation of dynamic capabilities in detail. Finally,it has set up theindex evaluation system, and put forward the basic idea of evaluating and measures,what’s more, this paper has given an applied research to the presented theories andmethods.
