With the development of global economic integration, the competition betweeneach country becomes very intense, new industrial form attached importance by moreand more countries. Since the earth resource is in short supply, from on80time beginthe century, in some developed countries as the representative, have changed the pastdevelopment model, to explore" knowledge" as the core of the industrial developmentpattern, depth of excavation of the value of human wisdom, let the knowledge andwisdom to become the dominant power that economic society expands. In the context ofthe era of knowledge economy, creative industry emerge as the times require andcontinuous development. The creative industry is a new economic form, which has theadvantages of no pollution, high value-added, digital, technology characteristics, culture,science and technology and economic integration of the product. The industry formsinnovated the traditional industrial classification mode, promoted and industry relatedtheoretical research and practical development.Since the1990s, The creative industry begin to rise especially the developedcountries, already showed powerful vitality and development potential, has graduallybecome the developed country strategy and a pillar industry to be supported andrespected. The development practice that, the development of creative industries as ameasure of the level of a national comprehensive competitive power the importantreference index, and our country is now in the economic development the importanttransitional period and phase of assault fortified positions of reform, especially in thecurrent global economic recovery of deep under the background of the times, to theemergence of new economic growth point. As the high knowledge density, high addedvalue, high investment returns of the creative industry, developed rapidly in recent yearsin China and contrarian expansion, and has been at all levels of government as astrategic industry and increasingly advocacy and support, the industrialization degree isdeepened ceaselessly, creative industry takes our country new economic growth thrustindustry form has been basically formed.Although the creative industry in our country has been the expansion like a ragingfire, but the creative industry research has failed to keep up with the pace of the creativeindustry practice, the domestic research on creative industry, always stays in thescattered and not thorough enough level, mostly for the regional creative industry development introduction and the achievements and shortcomings.
