The generating of the creative economy has largely contributed to the development of creative industries, and creative industries also continue to carry out the integration with other industries, the formation of a new joint. Among them, the integration of the development of the tourism industry, and gradually formed a new form of tourism-Creative Tourism. But the theory study of creative tourism lags behind relatively than the practice of it. And with the rapid development of creative tourism products, research of creative tourism products competitiveness become an important aspect, and the degree of creative influence the competitiveness of creative tourism products. Therefore, this paper takes the creative degree of the creative tourism product as the core research content.The degree of creative can reflect by tourists, in the process of evaluating the creativity of the creative tourism products, which can based on tourists’ perception to selection and construction the evaluation system. And the using the method of empirical to study the creativity of creative tourism products in Henan, designed to address two issues:First, to build innovative and creative tourism product evaluation index system. Based on the research of creative tourism and creative tourism product theory, combined with tourist satisfaction index model tourists and tourism planning perceived General National Tourism Administration, select the evaluation of creative degree from the four dimensions and use levels analysis to determine the weight of index.Second, using of evaluation index system to empirical research on two innovative tourism products Qingming River Park and Green Garden in Henan, empirical research using questionnaires to obtain data required for evaluation. Through the evaluation, obtain two products are in the middle level of the creative, they need to increase the creative degree. Finally, by analyzing the situation on the creativeQingming River Park and Green Garden, and provide reference and basis for the creative development of other similar products.Through the evaluation and comparison of research, innovative tourism products can be drawn is largely due to a lack of creativity of the tourism project design and services, tourism projects are not new, visitors to participate and experience is not strong, services form is single, there is no diversification, intelligent infrastructure This is also the creative tourism product development in the future direction of interest.
