Based On The Circular Economy Of The Research On The Construction Of Ecological Industrial Park

This article from the analysis of the eco-industrial park’s connotation andcharacteristic, the research based on circular economy of the construction of ecologicalindustrial park, in the process of researching Jianqiao industrial park, Dadukou districtof Chongqing, for case analysis. Jianqiao park is some extent prototype of theeco-industrial park, but not the real ecological industrial park by the investigation andanalysis. According to the production characteristics’ construction of Jianqiao parkand the key link’s construction of the ecological industrial park, combined《theintegrated ecological industrial park’s standard》, establish evaluation index system ofthe Jianqiao integrated ecological industrial park. According to the evaluation’s result,the rate of standard-obtained is52%, the basic standard rate is16%, the rate of nostandard-obtained is32%. Jianqiao park’s overall situation is general, economicdevelopment and park management’s conditions are relatively good, material reductionand recycling, pollution control of two aspects are relatively poor.With the integratedecological industrial park’s index system as the foundation, based on the existing buildthe true sense of the Jianqiao integrated ecological industrial park.The whole paper is divided into theory part and application part.The theory partexplains the connotation of the recycling economy, ecology industrial park relatedconcepts and research situation of domestic and foreign ecology industrial park.Application part takes Jianqiao industrial park for the case, analyzes and discusses howto construct Jianqiao ecological industrial park. First of all, based on the presentsituation of the Jianqiao park, which eco-industrial park’s construction is feasible at theanalysis and the authentication of society of economy, the government and theeconomic; then, from enterprise integration, resource integration, the design of theecological chain and regional infrastructure of four aspects construct the eco-industrialpark; finally, we prospect the establishment of the model.This paper aims are, by construction research and Jianqiao analysis of ecologicalindustry park, on the one hand, the Jianqiao park’s disparities,future work, and howimprove the Resource Use Efficiency and improve the the current situation ofpollutants’ discharge and dispose,in the park’s internal forms the material flow, energyflow circulation and sharing information.
