Clusters Perspective: Research On The Construction Of Industrial Park In Lianyungang

Industrial park represents a major and effective form to develop regional economy in many countries. Since China's opening up, in1978,various industrial parks has been built up nationwide by adopting development form. The establishment of these industrial parks has greatly resistance,such as lack of originality, incomplete industrial chain, inefficient share-out and cooperation system, etc. Industrial clusters,as an special form of organization which is useful to coordinate the regional resources,can be used to guide the development of park-economy, which has great theoretical and practical meaning to better competitive advantage and continuous development of park-economy.This article is based on the studies of theories on industrial cluster and industrial parks. Firstly, it involves a detailed retrospect of the establishment and devolvement of industrial parks and clusters, the relationship between the two different industrial forms. Secondly, through qualitative and industrial methods,the article analyzed the characteristic of industrial park in Lianyungang,it classifies the influencing factors of industrial parks in clustering way and the key factors of developing advantages of industrial clusters . Basic means are proposed to develop industrial parks in clustering way on the basis of the relationships between these factors. Thirdly, based on the theoretical studies, it analyzes the current situations and problems of the development of industrial parks in a clustering way in Chongqing, which has its own characteristics but also some problems, in complete industrial chain, inadequate industrial foundation, etc. Finally,from the practical situation of Lianyungang economy, countermeasures are put forward to develop industrial parks in clustering way in Lianyungang.This article has two originalities. One starts from the relationship between industrial parks and industrial clusters , finally a case study by analyzing the limitations of influencing factors. The other is it classifies the influencing factors of park-economy in clustering way into three levels, including regional layer of factors, park layer factors,cluster layer factors.Finally,proposing the basic means to develop park-economy in clustering way.
