With the acceleration of information sharing and the rapid development of ITtechnology, competition among enterprises has become increasingly severe, anycompanies are not alone、perfected completion of all business. In order to gain a footholdin the fierce competition, enterprises must maintain a competitive and collaborative state,need to combine its upstream and downstream, complete all business, and smoothproduct sales, profit process, of course, this is also the essence of the supply chain. Theauto is a complex of ten million parts in one, as the auto companies can not do allwithout their cooperation and support of the upstream and downstream firms, of course,due to the constantly changing environment of business operations, the automotivesupply chain involved in the excitation maximum profit, plus the risk of supply chainoperations.The automotive industry supply chain, including supply of spare parts to all theprocesses of delivery of the vehicle, which includes the procurement of raw materials,parts production, vehicle assembly, vehicle distribution and sales and the sale of services,processes, so the auto industry supply chain is the most complex the supply chain.Supply chain management is a management tool, is a management philosophy, itsmember companies bring to the supply chain to participate in collaborative revenue butalso to the member companies to bring additional risks. Scholars have long been the riskof supply chain research also showed a grand flourishing, but the auto parts enterprisesupply chain risk research is still needed to further explore.Guangxi is the southern gateway of China, which is driven by an important pillarof the development of western China car to go abroad, the main thoroughfare inSoutheast Asia. Guangxi’s geographical advantages are obvious, a good foundation of theautomotive industry, automobile industry of government support, has even Guangxi topush a position can not be questioned. Guangxi’s car industry is based on partsproduction mainly a real microcosm of China’s automobile industry, auto partsenterprises in Guangxi supply chain risk is very important.This paper combines the characteristics of Guangxi’s automobile industry on theGuangxi’s auto parts supply chain risk theory. The paper is divided into three parts:The first section contains chapters I and II. The first chapter the background andsignificance of this paper to elaborate, pointing out the necessity of the thesis. Thesecond chapter is the literature review section, the main domestic and foreign scholars onsupply chain risk, supply chain risk as well as the previous of Guangxi auto parts supplychain risk research to summarize the classification for the second part of the Guangxiauto parts supply chain risk research done enough theoretical.The second part contactChapter III, Chapters IV and V. The third chapter on the characteristics of the Guangxiauto parts supply chain risk, risk identification process and risk identification to be studied. Chapter IV of the risk assessment of a prelude Chapter IV the Guangxi autoparts supply chain risk assessment, the main use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationof two methods of law and risk factors for the contribution rate of the four stages of thesupply chain process to assess the risk. Chapter V is the Guangxi auto parts supply chainrisk control, combined with the fourth chapter of the risk assessment conclusions tocontrol the various stages of risk factors. The third part is a summary and outlooksummarizes achievements and shortcomings, and look forward to later on the basis of acase in-depth study. The biggest innovation of this paper is to change the automotivevehicle as its core business supply chain system, but the vehicle assembly in front of autoparts enterprises as the core enterprise and supply chain processes.
