A Study On Supply Chain Integration For Self-owned Brand Auto Parts Enterprises

The development of automobile industries has produced a large number of internationally known enterprises which supply automobile components, including Bosch (Germany), Delphi (US), Denso (Japan). It is proved that no leading automobile component industry would appear without a powerful support from the automobile industry. It is also proved that the automobile industry would not have constant competitiveness without the automobile components industry being a backup. However, the domestic automobile component industry shows a sight combined with chaos, disorder, and disconnection. Both overall competitiveness and key component competitiveness is weak so supply chain integration is essential at this point.This thesis systemically elaborates the necessity of integration of supply chain in domestic automobile component industry. The elaboration is based on the large scale development of the automobile component industry, the development of autonomous automobile brands and the raise of competiveness of automobile components. The method is combined with theoretical analysis and case studies beginning with analyzing inside the domestic automobile component enterprises. Then the analysis focuses on the integration between the automobile component industry and the automobile industry. With both theoretical and practical methods, a specific integrating solution and its execution, process, effects, and under what conditions that the solution could be effective would be raised. Hopefully, this thesis could bring meaningful revelation and reference to integration of domestic automobile components industry supply chain.
