With the acceleration of world economy, the competition among auto parts enterprises becomes more fiercely, how to stand in invincible position is the key to survive under the fierce competitive environment to each enterprise, which makes a great challenge to China's auto parts enterprises. Between the raw material suppliers and assembly manufacturers, with the pressure of the markup of the raw materials and reducing stock cost, increasingly diversification and personalization by assembly manufacturers, the benefits of these enterprises should be taken into account. The agile supply chain can strongly connect raw material suppliers, manufacture companies, distribution companies and transport companies. The agile supply chain can make the auto parts enterprise and the other members in the supply chain to win-win with the help of virtual network, dynamic alliance and cooperation thought.Based on the basic theories of supply chain management and combined with the characteristics of parts enterprise in China, the paper constructs an agile supply chain coordination production management model for auto parts enterprises at first. The model bases on the coordination competitive advantage of all enterprises on the supply chain, and analyses the characteristics of production mode of agile supply chain. It combines the investigation and theory analysis of supply chain production plan in China's auto parts enterprises, and establishes a uniform information platform complementarily, which can share the database. It can reduce the bullwhip effect in production and achieve real synergy between production and demand. Then, based on the analysis of logistics supply chain distribution problems in auto parts enterprises, through transformation, joint restructuring and other ways, the paper designs a logistics distribution system on virtual nets for auto parts enterprises, which can adapt to the modern automobile manufacturing industry and the need of agile supply chain.The thesis designs an agile supply chain performance evaluation model for auto parts enterprises based on AHP and Fuzzy, and puts forward to six indexes:customer satisfaction, financial capacity, supplier relations, supply chain innovation and development capabilities, supply chain interoperability and supply chain agility. According to the actual situation of DongFeng Dana Axle Company, the comprehensive score is available, which proves the model is reasonable and feasible and makes the company's problems and advantages clear in its development process.
