Analysis Of Influencing Factors In Bonded Logistics Development

In recent years, strong development of China’s foreign trade economy produces more andmore international logistics needs, the continued development of international logistics bring vastspace of bonded logistics development. Because of the restructure of global industry, the form ofinternational logistics diversify. The increasing needs of international logistics business such asinternational procurement and international distribution, bring forward a higher requirement forbonded logistics. In order to undertake diversified international logistics better, exploring thedeveloping strategies of bonded logistics has important practical significance.The subject of this paper is influencing factors in bonded logistics development. Firstly,basing on the synthesis of domestic and foreign literature reviews which relate bonded logistics andfield research, the paper takes theoretical analysis on the influencing factors in bonded logisticsdevelopment; Then using AHP, it defines the weight of these factors by experts scoring; At last,taking Ningbo as an example, based on the analysis of13secondary-level factors by using SWOTanalysis, the paper propose countermeasures for the development of Ningbo bonded Logistics.The results show that for the four primary-level factors, the proportion of impact on thedevelopment of bonded logistics by logistics demand, customs clearance efficiency, favored policyand logistics development level is58.22%,20.50%,12.84%,8.44%. As for the thirteensecondary-level factors, the biggest affecting factor is foreign-oriented degree of hinterlandeconomy, which accounts for34.56%. On the other hand, the smallest impact factor is developinglevel of logistics enterprises, which accounts for only1.03%. Other factors’ influences on bondedlogistics are between this two factors.The developing status of13secondary-level factors in the development of Ningbo BondedLogistics shows that Ningbo has advantages in three aspects which include foreign-orienteddegree of hinterland economy, developing level of hinterland economy and industrial structure ofhinterland economy. By contrast, its disadvantages contains four aspects, containing developinglevel of logistics enterprises, quality of logistics persons, level of logistics technology and customs supervision model. To develop bonded logistic well, Ningbo should improve the software-servicescapacity, such as developing level of logistics enterprises and level of logistics technology, andtimely optimize customs supervision model. Meanwhile, confronting the threat coming frombonded logistics development in Shanghai, Ningbo should seek dislocation development and buildits own core competencies in the development of bonded logistics.
