| The Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is a big part of modern deci-sion science, its theory and methods are applied in wide fields, such as engineering,economics, management and military, etc., involved in the project evaluation, com-prehensive evaluation of economic benefits, investment decisions, bid invitation andbiding activities, plant location and weapon system evaluation, etc..The study on scien-tific and practical multi-attribute decision-making theory, method and its application isan important topic of the decision science.The order relation of the plans, not the detail score, really works when makingdecision by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Inspired by AHP, this paper, use theframework of AHP, and introduce order relation instead of specific scoring under eachattribute, which is criticized due to subjectivity. The operability of the scoring is in-creased and the subjectivity is reduced by doing this. Then this paper demonstrate thatthe disagreement of the order relation is a metric and describe the integration algorithmof order relation specifically, which can help achieve group decision making. For theMADM with attribute weights not fully Known, This paper builds a linear program-ming model based on the smallest disadvantage index. At last, the C9 university ofChina are ranked by using the method this paper put forward.The work of this paper is based on many study of the MADM, the main innovationare that the framework of AHP is used in MADM , and the order relation is introducedinto scoring part. For the MADM, with information about the preference of the plansonly, the method of this paper work and is effectual. |
