Study On The Cross-regional Management System Of The Real Estate Enterprise

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the real estate as one of China’s pillar cornerstone industries has also experienced rapid development.With the new national macro-control policy implemented and the real estate enterprise’s development, China’s real estate has been getting into a new integration period. The real estate enterprise would face so many opportunities and challenges and want to know which choice is the good one.This paper focuses study on cross-regional strategy for the real estate enterprise. On the basis of the theory of regional management and coordination, this paper combines with the characteristics of the real estate market and enterprise, and makes use of systems analysis methods and resource allocation model to study the cross-regional management of the real estate enterprise.There are some outcomes of this paper on the study of the cross-regional management system of the real estate enterprise.(1) By analyzing the cross-regional development theory, the paper defines the concept of the real estate enterprise, and determines the cross-regional development theory of the real estate enterprise.(2) Combining with the cross-regional development history in China, the paper analyses the real estate enterprise’s motivation for cross-regional development, the external environment and internal conditions, resulting in which cross-regional strategy is the inevitable choice for China’s real estate enterprise in recent years.(3) By analyzing the real estate cross-regional development model, the real estate enterprise’s organizational structure, the resource allocation and coordinated management, the paper establishes the core management system when the real estate enterprise has been implementing cross-regional strategy.(4) Finally, the paper uses the core management system to analyse the actual situation of China Wu Yi CO.LTD which has implemented the cross-regional strategy, to test the theory.Through this study, the paper wants to provide a new idea for the management of the real estate enterprise which has implemented the cross-regional strategy to respond to changing real estate market.
