The real estate industry of the national economy as a pillar industry, in our countryeconomy has play a decisive role position. With the expansion of the scale of real estateinvestment,China’s real estate market is becoming more and more normative and orderly.Because of the risk of real estate investment objective existence and its real estatedevelopment activities to the important influence, Real estate by all kinds of internal andexternal environment from the influence of the environment faced with more uncertainfactors. China’s economy is in the stage of recovery after the global economic crisis, thisshould have been generated bubbles of the real estate market adjustment, the end of thereal estate enterprise profits period.In the real estate investment process, we must pay attention to the risk measurementand scientific decision, effective prediction and evaluation of the real estate developmentrisk factors for investors to make correct investment decision, the real estate investmentrisk analysis and risk factors for the choice appears particularly important. This paperintroduces the current situation of the development of real estate industry, real estateinvestment situation at home and abroad and the present situation of the research of realestate investment risk.This paper introduces the current situation of the development of real estate industry,real estate investment situation at home and abroad and the present situation of the researchof real estate investment risk on real estate investment risk analysis. Summary of the realestate investment theory, including real estate investment meaning, all types of real estate,the characteristics of real estate risk management and risk management the necessity.Based on the theory of life cycle of real estate development in the presence of risk factorsanalysis and use the improved AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for theinvestment of risk of empirical analysis, and the real estate investment and riskmanagement, advances some effective measures.
