This research is mainly by the traditional performance appraisal theory as a foundation,analyzes the present situation of the research of financial indicators at home and abroad, andexplores the enterprise is in sale personnel performance problems. According to the financialindex contains the content and it involves the principles in enterprise performance evaluation andthe role it play, with the marketing personnel vocational characteristics, combining researchanalysis based on the non-financial indicators of the marketing personnel performance evaluationsystem is established.This research mainly adopts the following methods:(1) literature research: collect and access to the domestic and foreign relevant books, papers,academic periodicals, discusses and analyses the enterprise marketing personnel on the theory ofperformance evaluation, this paper studies the theoretical foundation of lay.(2) the study involving: through the questionnaire and interview, field investigation, and otherforms, understanding the different types of enterprise marketing staff job performance evaluationof the present situation, problems and causes, and provide the realistic basis for research.(3) comparison analysis: through the interpersonal relationship, asking some questions tolarge enterprise work friends,such as Midea Group, Opie integral ambry group, China mobile,comparing、analysis and referencing the enterprise marketing staff.(4) the system analysis: treating the marketing personnel performance as one part of humanresources performance appraisal work, and classify the influence which relevant contact eachother, internal and external actors of the interaction, so as to put forward the marketing personnelfrom the whole work of performance appraisal countermeasures.The characteristics of the innovation of this paper(1) the object of this innovation: this study is based on the enterprise marketing personnel, themarketing personnel in the enterprise play a most important position, he is the direct source ofenterprise performance, and has the enterprise development and expansion of the importantmission. It plays an important role in the process of enterprise profit.(2) the viewpoint innovation: this study aims to further discussed at present the enterprisemarketing staff job performance evaluation, take the existing problems of the non-financialindicators as point, and puts forward countermeasures study, promote the marketing personnelwork performance evaluation of improvement of the enterprise overall strategic development evento fill the marketing personnel work performance appraisal in the financial index under the guideof the theory of the shortcomings of the system.(3)The idea of innovation: in addition to the combination with traditional performance appraisal base theory, but also to the financial index as the breakthrough point, grasp themarketing personnel the particularity of the work, in order to propose more reference significancefor the marketing personnel’s performance appraisal.(4)the content of innovation: the research looks market marketing as the foundation,depending on the current theory knowledge, caught in recent years in human resources andbusiness performance assessment of the hot topic, through various channels mining and analysisof all kinds enterprise marketing staff the case, the implementation of the financial indexperformance evaluation strategies of new research and integration.
