With the increasingly fierce market competition, the research on human resources performance assessment has become the core element of competition in a long-term development, so more and more enterprises reviewed the human resources performance assessment from a strategic height. Establishing a scientific, systematic and efficient performance assessment system, timely and effectively encouraging people and department who completed task efficiently, and then improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, has become an urgent problem to be solved in the business community. For the Performance assessment contents of M Communications Branch, On the basis of deeply researching the theory of performance management and the basic elements and characteristics of performance assessment system, analyzed M communication Branch Performance management problems, and applied the research results to M Branch. Specific studies are as follows:This paper firstly described the background of this paper; secondly, On the basis of summarizing domestic and international performance management research, proposed the research significance and purpose; finally introduced the main research content.Secondly, researched and analyzed basic theory and content of performance assessment, and provided a theoretical foundation for improving M communication Branch Performance assessment index.Thirdly, based on the analysis to the current situation of M Communications Branch Performance assessment system, further analyzed the main problems, which provided guidance for improving performance assessment and performance management.In the end, through research to the performance assessment index system designing and performance assessment model building, detailed divided performance assessment to market department staff, and Re-selected assessment indexes for market department. Staff. Finally using Analytic Hierarchy Process method to calculate performance index weighting, this proposed evidence for selecting the key performance indexes.Using above research results to M Communications Branch Performance assessment, solved the existing unreasonable situation of the performance assessment index, and verified the reasonableness and science of the research.
