Driven by the era of knowledge economy, talent has become the crucial resource ofgaining core competitiveness for enterprise in fast-developing market. Recruitment is the firststep of talents selection, and is the important source for competition. University graduates arethe important source of gaining knowledge talent for enterprise, which is to promoteenterprise development. P&G (Proctor&Gamble) recruit many university graduates everyyear, they provide training through P&G university. In addition, the recently graduate willhave the opportunity to accept their line manager one-to-one instruction. Through making acomprehensive view of corporation fields in domestic and abroad, the well-knowedcorporation persists in cultivating the university graduates. However, in practical terms, theresults of recruitment in many enterprises were not encouraging, some enterprises find it’shard to choose the right candidate or keep talented person, which restricts heavily its futuredevelopment. Thus, achieving the effective recruitment and gaining appropriate universitygraduates is become the core question which the enterprise pays attention. In regard to this,this paper conducted a survey of the above problem for promoting the quality of recruitment.On the basis of intensive study of relevant literature, take the organization and collegestudent as the factors to explore the impacts on recruitment validity. Through theoreticalsummaries, this study propose the "model of factors influecing the validity of university graduatesrecruitment" and the corresponding assumptions. Integrating expert interviews and preliminaryresearch, design the questionnaire to university graduates staff that work on manufacturing inNanchang. Data collrcted by questionnaires are analyzed by sturctural equation modeling fortesting the research hypotheses. Then, refine the predominant influencing factors.Based on the modified model, combined with the advantages of qualitative andquantitative analysis, this paper established a evaluation system on the validity of enterpriserecruiting university graduates through using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. Through an example of application to futher validate the system’spracticality and rationality.
