With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, more and more surplus rural labor arebecoming main part of urban workforce.they have made great contribution for the development of thecity.In recently years the house price across our country rising rapidly,these group in urban whosepaying capacity is insufficient can’t solve its basic housing demand through the market. the problemof the housing difficulties of this group has become the focus of attention. At present,China is in aperiod of social transition and the construction of the people’s livelihood will be a toppriority.Forthermore,building a socialist harmonious society must also fundamentally solve thelivelihood of the vulnerable groups.Therefore the solution of the Rural workers’house question has a bearing on social stability andeconomic development.the government as the duty of subjects should be responsible for improvingthe housing security policies of low-income people.It is of vital importance to safeguard socialfairness and build a harmonious socialist society.Based on this background,this article consult massiveinformation to make clear of the rural workers’housing difficult,and take Hierarchy of Need Theory,Consumer Psychology, Income Theory and Quasi public goods theory as research foundation. Startingwith the necessity and feasibility of rural workers’housing security policy,through the empiricalanalysis of migrant workers in Jiangsu province, this paper make a research of the current rurallaborers’ housing security policy in order to find the existing problems.Finally learning fromadvanced the foreign experience,and this article combines with the actual conditions in our countryto explore the ideas and strategies to solve the affordable housing of the migrant workers.
