Because ofthis， all kinds of new energy， the new situation of the traditional energy emerge inendlessly， in order to cope with the possible energy crisis， the energy in the use of，also have a lot of problems worth our thinking， first is the energy construction，construction of the foundation is to use， so in the construction， capital andmanagement is also a constant new topic， in real life， according to actual situation toproper project investment planning and management has become a enterprise projectsuccessfully basic problem. In actual research， this article choose Gansu Jiuquanphotovoltaic power station project investment and plan as research target， aiming atproviding reference for Chinese photovoltaic power station construction and investment.Systematic risk and non-systematic risk are two kinds of risk existing in investmentmarket. Investment portfolio can effectively reduce or control non-systematic risk. Incurrent high and new technology investment market， especially for the regionrelated national welfare and the people’s livelihood，investment portfolio as a method ofreduce or distribute risk gains more and more focus also with wide application range.The first part of this research is introduction， analyzing research meaning and currentstatus. This part carries outfeasibility analysis for problem and investment risk. The sixth part offers certainsuggestions and conclusions.After all these analysis， we conclude that Gansu Jiuquan photovoltaic power stationproject is worth of investment.
