| The large-scale investment activities of enterprises are related to the overall development of investors and have an important impact on enterprises,so it is necessary to make scientific investment decision-making evaluation.In order to clarify the evaluation process of investment decision-making of photovoltaic power generation projects,so as to provide reference for investment decision-making of relevant projects,this thesis takes BZ photovoltaic power generation project of IK group as a case,discusses the feasibility conditions of investment of BZ photovoltaic power generation project by means of literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,induction and deduction methods,and based on financial evaluation theory and comprehensive risk management theory.Through the research,it is concluded that: first,The meteorological and geological environment of the site selection of BZ photovoltaic power generation project generally meets the requirements of project construction and operation.The macro environment such as external policy,economy,society and technology are favorable conditions,which can promote the success rate of project investment.The overall evaluation has more favorable internal and external conditions and has a dominant position,while there are relatively few unfavorable internal and external conditions,which can be dealt with through relevant measures.Second,the total investment of IK group BZ photovoltaic power generation project is estimated to be 1092363000 yuan,the total investment income is 2030556600 yuan,and the total project income is greater than the total investment;The NPV value of the project is121444600(yuan)>0,and the IRR value is 7.86%>6%.Third,the sensitivity analysis shows that the project finance has a certain anti risk ability.Therefore,in terms of physical and geographical environment,social macro environment,internal environment and economy,IK group BZ photovoltaic power generation project is feasible and has investment value,and should be supported in investment decision-making.However,the research also shows that the BZ photovoltaic power generation project of IK group faces certain natural environment risks,industry competition risks and internal risks.Therefore,this thesis proposes that it is necessary to design the natural environment risk early warning system,strengthen the response to industrial competition risks and strengthen internal risk control,so as to ensure the smooth completion and operation of BZ photovoltaic power generation project and finally achieve the expected investment goal. |
