Study On The Sustainable Assessment System Of Green Residence

The sustainable development concept has gradually been accepted all over the world, with this development, the traditional residence has been unable to meet people's requirement of environment, health and comfort. Then the green residence, which fully reflects the sustainable development connotation, has played an importment role. So this article studied for green residence, tried to construct an assessment system that is fit for specific national conditions and status market of our country, hoped for it can provide better index contents, describe more accurate and comprehensive system attribute, in order to guide and promote the residential market's healthy development effectively.The article studied from a perspective of sustainability assessment, used the results have been forming for reference, applied system analytical method and resrerched for the assessment system's construction and method. Contents of this article are as follows: Firstly, mastered the development of green residence and analysed the feature contents of it. Based on the sustainable development theory, and researched the difference and relation between sustainable assessment and the traditional one.Secondly, researched on several typical assessment systems at home and abroad, with the background of China's special national conditions, constructed an assessment system that is fit for residence market of our country. For fully implemented the idea of sustainability assessment, the new system added economic and social index, then constructed a more comprehensive system included four kinds of index, as eco-technology, economy, social and operational management.Thirdly, determined the index's weight by AHP, and got the result of assessment by grey cluster assessment that is based on triangular whitenization weight function. The result divided into three grades of qualified, good and excellent.Finally, did a case analysis with a residentical project, applied the assessment system and method that mentioned in this article, and then compared the result with the project's actual operational management and social assessment.
