Withthe increase in the amount of housing support services, public letting housingmanagement agencies to assume a lot of information processing tasks, reducing theefficiency of the administrative office. On the other hand, the maintenance oflarge-scale construction of public rental, improve management efficiency and reducemanagement costs, as the practical needs of the construction and management ofpublic letting housing. Therefore, accelerating the Information construction of publicletting housing management, establishing a construction and management informationplatform of public letting housing, has become an urgent need to address the issue ofChina’s housing security work.The paper first analyzes of Chongqing public letting housing management andoperation mechanism and management mode, summarizes apply for public rental ofChongqing Municipality, the exit mechanism, working procedures, standard rent, salemanagement, punishment mechanisms. And then describes the construction andmanagement information platform of public letting housing objectives, content,features and development methods. And public letting housing information needs ofall parties participating in the construction were analyzed, Including the government,applicants, developer, designer, contractor, supervisor, material suppliers and propertycompanies. Based on this, the construction and management information platform ofpublic letting housing in Chongqing has been made.The construction of public letting housing management information platformbased on the way and direction of information flow between the three main unit of government, applicants and developer to build. The management information flow ofthe Participation parties during the life-cycle phase is the basis to build theinformation platform. The Information platform consists of eight subsystems: rentalmanagement subsystem, fund management subsystem, listings reserves subsystem,the subsystem supervision and management, and planning management subsystem,construction, project supervision and management subsystem, statistical analysissubsystem, and maintenance management subsystem. Each subsystem functions arealso presented. Finally, the paper analysis of the information platform for theimplementation of protection measures.
