Public Letting House, is the policy-type housing which rents by the low-income families, is responsible by the government to construct or buy-back, rents the housing for the mid and low earning housing difficult family, mainly faces social groups, like as university student, external work personnel just graduated. This partial masses mainly do not meet the low-rent housing application requirement, and does not afford the economy to be suitable the economically affordable housing. Through the creation of Public Letting House policy,ChongQing preliminary realizes the"seamless connection"with low-rent house,economically affordable house,price-limited commercial building and constructs housing security system which covers all sidedly residents who have low-income and housing difficulties.This article through to investigate and study on Beijing, Shenzhen public letting housing construction,and in the consult massive literature material foundation, first makes the explanation to the housing system of foundational safeguards's correlation theories, unifies Chongqing Public Letting House construction present situation, proposeing our country develops Publie Letting House should pay great attention to the match mechanism research.
