By Summarizingthe present research, defining the meaning of the healthy real estate market, theconnotation of concept, characteristics and so on. then analyzing the institutional factorsthat affecting the real estate market’s healthy development. that it is not only by thescale of development of the real estate market, speed, structure, This paper presents thefirst two issues which are resolved through the above theoretical analysis.For theproblem of how to assess the health status of the real estate market, this paper has drawon the existing evaluation models, uses the method of literature review and expertadvancement on the evaluation primaries, and uses the correlation analysis method todetermine the selected indicators, the factors analysis method to fix the weight of thevarious indicators, and then using a combination of statistical analysis methods—3σtheory and empirical data analysis method to determine the individual indicators ofhealthy status evaluation criteria. At last, it has built a health evaluation index system ofthe real estate market. On the basis of this system, it takes China’s real estate market foran example. make an assessment of the healthy situation analysis of the market on theevaluation analysis and comprehensive evaluation. verifying the evaluation system inpractice.This paper summarizes the current major problems of the real estate market,promotes the recommendation of the development of the real estate market healthydevelopment. Finally, the paper pointed out the inadequacies that exist in the study and the directions for improvement.
