21st century is the era of knowledge economy, human resources have been becomesthe key elements to gain competitive advantage and improve enterprise performance. Thefield of human resource management has been changed from the full micro-oriented to themacro or strategic-oriented since the1980s. It has been become the focus of attention thathow to gain competitive advantage and improve enterprise performance through effectivestrategic human resource management. According to existing research it is not verythorough and it is still a "black box" that the strategic human resource management onfirm performance mechanism research.In this thesis, the purpose of that we choose the study of strategic human resourcemanagement based on corporate culture as the research object is analysis how to improvebusiness performance from the perspective of corporate culture, in order to deepen theresearch about the "black box".The first part is the introduction, literature review of domestic and internationalstrategic human resource management and corporate culture research, the proposedresearch background, purpose and significance. The second part is the basic theory aboutstrategic human resource management and corporate culture. The third part is theestablishment of the mechanism model between the strategic human resource managementand the corporate culture after discuss of the relationship and analysis of what kind of keyfactor play a role between the corporate culture and human resource management andstrategic management. The fourth part is concrete analysis of the various aspects of workprocesses and the priorities and principles from the job analysis, recruitment, training,performance management and compensation management when we want to build strategichuman resource management system based on corporate culture. The fifth part is the casestudies and analysis of management practice about the Guangzhou AB AutomationSystem Co., Ltd. The last part is conclusions and prospects.The study found that corporate culture combined with the practice of strategic humanresource management, corporate can creating human capital advantage and the advantagesof human resources management process than jointly promote the development ofcompetitive advantage and ultimately improve business performance. The study about thestrategic human resource management from the perspective of corporate culture havesignificance for corporate to play the role of corporate culture than practice strategichuman resource management in order to enhance the business performance.
