With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, competition pressure faced by enterprise is growing, so as an important part of enterprise management, human resource management also undertake great pressure and challenge. How to enhance the competitive advantage by human resource management has become an important content of enterprise management. On the one hand, because of talent-flowing resulted from fierce competition, the cost that enterprises obtain high-level talents has increased. On the other hand, the advance of technology, the quicken product renewal, and the diversification and innovation in customer's demanding make the quality requirements of all kinds of talents more and more higher. Facing the complex and various market environments, enterprises need to build a modernized human resource management model to adapt the variety of inner and outer environments, and to stand in an invincible position in increasingly fierce market competition.The Jin Rongcheng Corporation's personnel management, which remains “static” personnel management model of “task-oriented” that is a traditional model based on archives, can't meet the change of social environment. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper that combined with the present status and problems of the human resource management of the Jin Rongcheng Corporation, proposed a human resource Management strategy based on competitive advantage, which has important realistic significance. The main contents of this paper are listed as follows.1.By analyzing the features of competitive advantage of human resource management and its key factors, and discussing action mechanisms between competitive advantage of human resource management and corporate culture, or knowledge accumulation and sharing, we constructed a model of action mechanisms in human resource management and corporate competitive advantage.2. From the theoretical points, we discussed how to construct the guiding ideology of human resource management, the contents and methods of training and development, and the incentive system of human resource management, aiming at enhancing corporate competitive advantage.3. Based on company profile, the environmental factors of competitive advantage of human resource, and the situation of human resource management, the problems that exist in the human resource management were summed up at the Jin Rongcheng Corporation, which make the basement to the human resource management strategies.4. Aiming at the existing problems, we used the research ideas of improving environment, changing minds and optimizing system, and proposed specific measures for human resource management at the Jin Rongcheng Corporation, which is the important way to improve competitive advantage of human resource.
