Economic information in the context of globalization, intensified competition, companies face complex, fast-changing and increasingly competitive business environment, business enterprises will consider how to bring sustainable competitive advantage, so as to comprehensively improve the competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises can continue to competitive advantage is especially important. In this era of knowledge-based economy, to enable enterprises to compete in an invincible position, is inseparable from the human resources company, however, the knowledge and skills as a carrier of human capital is the primary factor. But to give enterprises a sustainable competitive advantage, companies must have their own unique conditions, with other companies can not copy the unique advantages. The core of human capital: strategic human capital is the company's unique, other enterprises can not copy the resource, human capital is the business strategy was the key to sustainable competitive advantage. Strategic human capital is the implementation of business strategy to achieve and then to play a key role in the process of that part of human capital.Based on corporate strategy formulation, implementation and realization of strategic objectives to obtain competitive advantage for the enterprise theory, this article will be divided into strategic human capital management human capital and technological innovative human capital, competitive advantage will be divided into financial performance and growth performance SPSS11.5 as an analytical tool to use, with China's listed companies of information technology industry experience and data, with multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, test executives of human capital and technological innovation and enterprise human capital were financial performance and growth performance of the direct effect of relationship, and company size and company age as control variables. The study found that the proportion of strategic human capital executives, the proportion of male control, years of education and executive officers of the proportion of technological innovation and competitive advantage are positively correlated. so the development and improvement of strategic human capital advantage is particularly important. So the further study Strategic human capital investment is important too. By another empirical research analysis we found the development costs and competitive advantage are positively correlated. The level of executive pay, the pay gap and corporate financial performance are weak positive correlation, however with the enterprises grow performance are weak negative correlation. The enterprises firm size and age are negatively related to competitive advantage.In this paper, based on the theory previous method of using empirical research s strategic Human Capital and strategic human capital investment d with the relationship of the Competitive Advantage. Between two aspects of theory and practice in today's complex business environment in strategic human capital for the company to gain a sustainable competitive advantage, enable enterprises to survive well and therefore has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
