IT industry is the most sensitive field in the economic environment.To make an analysis on the influence of the Chinese IT industry, it will help us know how the Chinese economy is affected by the financial crisis. The Lenovo group is a leading company in the Chinese IT industry, its strategic adjustment will have essential influence on the whole IT industry.The thesis puts forward the research situation and development trend of the enterprise’s strategic management theory, it also includes the strategic adjustment Lenovo Group did in the past years. Through the method that from the common to the individual,then the individual to the common, the thesis combines the strategic adjustment the Lenovo Group did in the developing years, expounding the representative theories about enterprise’s strategic management:1.The strategic planning theory in the 1960s;2.The 1980s competition theory;3.The 1990s resource foundation and core competence theory. On the basis of the above theories, according to the late 1990s comprehensive strategic management theory, the thesis points out the influence that the financial crisis brought to the Chinese IT enterprise.On the analysis of the influence the financial crisis brought to Chinese IT enterprise, the thesis analyses the influence the crisis brings to the Lenovo Group. It reflects on:the fragile PC busniss;the business in Europe and US became bad after recombination, which caused the declining on the gross profit margin; at the same time, the conservative economy growth gave pressure on making profit. In face of crisis, the Lenovo Group made quick adjustment. From the Lenovo Group’s development, it reflected that after each strategic adjustment, the group would form its core competence, which reflected that creation and innovation would exceed competition. At the same time, the Lenovo Group also used some other methods to make its business better.According to the late 90’s comprehensive strategic adjustment theory, the thesis will use some investigating methods to make an analysis on the Lenovo Group’s strategic adjustment under the financial crisis. Based on the late 90’s comprehensive strategic adjustment theory, combining with the strategic adjustment of the Lenovo Group under the financial crisis, the thesis will point out that:1.Creativity and innovation is better than competition. Through the Lenovo’s development, it reflects that the group forms its core competence and put the bad influence to the minimum level, it also well prepared for the future; 2.it’s common for enterprise to encounter special difficulties, quick strategic adjustment is significant for enterprise’s development; 3. Diversify methods should be used for the best result.
