China is rapidly into the mobile Internet Era. Lenovo Group is facing strategic choice.Lenovo want to become the no.1in the PC industry. In the other side, Lenovo need to quickaccess to the mobile Internet industry and establish her market position.Lenovo Group total sales of21.5billion USA dollars in fiscal year2010, and the Chinaregion is the most important region which Contribution to the half of the sales revenue. In themobile Internet era, it’s very importance to continue to consolidate the Lenovo Group marketposition in china.In this paper, we analyze the Lenovo Group China area external environment andinternal resources. Based on the analysis, we discuss which strategic choices and humanresources strategy can be taken.From the specific content, the paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is theIntroduction, which including the background and purpose of this paper. It also descriptionthe human resources research progress in the world and overview the tools of strategicanalysis. The second chapter is about external environment analysis. We use the PEST andPotter5force analysis model. And then, we get the conclusion, what are the Lenovo Groupopportunities and threats in China. In the third chapter, we discuss the internal resource,capability and core competitiveness of Lenovo Group’s. And through that, we identify theorganization’s strengths and weaknesses. The chapter four is about Strategic choice. Thischapter discuss the relations between organize strategy and human resource strategy. And then,by using the SWOT and The Boston matrix tools, and dominate the Lenovo Group’s strategicintent, we found out which human resources strategy is suitable. The chapter five is aboutstrategy implementation. And the chapter six is the conclusion, which is summarized theresearch conclusions of the paper.
