In recent years,with the continuous development of computer information technology and the Internet,the software industry has broad prospects for employment.Compared to foreign software industry,China's software industry is still in the growth period.In view of the unique status of the software industry in the national economy,our government has introduced a lot of preferential policies.With the continuous expansion of the scale of software enterprises,there is a growing demand for talent.In 2008,Huai'an approved the establishment of the Huai'an Software Park,the park is committed to the development of software and service outsourcing,Internet e-commerce,networking industry,etc..At present,with the increasing number of software enterprises in the park,the competition is becoming more and more incentive.S software company needs to train a large number of outstanding talents to expand the scale of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,the defects of S software company's staff training system are gradually exposed,so it is very important to optimize the training system of S software company.Through depthly research on employee training theory and training system,along with specific examples of S software company,this thesis aims to analyze the company staff training status and problems,explore the methods and strategies to improve the enterprise staff training system?We then optimize the design of the S software company's training system,giving the new employees and employees a specific implementation plan.We introduce "corporate university" mode,combining with the "Internet plus" with rich and colorful training means and so on.Through the late continuous improvement,we will finally construct a impeccable employee training system which is suitable for S software company.Therefore,I hope this research can provide reference value to the similar enterprises of S software company.
