With China’s sustained and rapid development of the economy, people’s growth in wealth and enhancement of financial awareness, financial services demand is increasingly diversified. The financial regulators put more effort to promote financial deepening reform. Interest rate, exchange rates and other financial market prices gradually are introduced into the decision mechanism of market elements. Also, banks continue to increase product and service innovation. The rapid development of commercial bank personal finance services emerged from the background, and play an important role in the strategy of adjustment and business transformation. Chinese commercial banks accelerate the financial innovation; personal finance service which provides comprehensive and personalized financial service gradually becomes the key point of commercial bank business development, and it will become an inevitable trend of business development for all kinds of commercial banks.
