Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and development of the socialist market economic system gradually improved, China’s economic developed rapidly, industrial structure continues to accelerate and the three industrial structures has been significantly changed. Shanghai is China’s most economically developed areas, so far has been basically completed the upgrading of industrial structure, upgrade its industrial structure, ways and means to convert the country has a certain degree of representativeness. At the same time, Shanghai is also China’s most labor-intensive city. As a high talent gathering in all aspects, the structure of employment in Shanghai is also typically. Study in Shanghai’s structure of employment in the process of industrial structural changes can not only verify the change in trajectory and Petty-Clark theorem consistency, and is good for the expansion of employment, achieving labor from primary and secondary industries to tertiary industries to provide a smooth transfer of policy ideas to promote the dual rapid structural transformation of economic structure to one dollar in the imbalance between labor supply and demand ever more pronounced cases.Studies have shown that the Shanghai’s industrial structure changes in world industrial development in line with the general rules of evolution:the declining share of primary industry output value, secondary and tertiary industries and the proportion has increased steadily.According to the study purpose, this paper mainly includes the following four aspects:The first part is the research background, research significance, the structure, and the briefing reviewing and evaluating on the domestic and foreign industrial structure and employment structure. Then specify the paper idea of the structure of employment in Shanghai on the impact of industrial research. Finally, define the main concepts of this text. The second part analyzes the evolution and trends of Shanghai’s industrial structure and employment structure. Aim at ascribing the initial trajectory of Shanghai’s development of industrial structure and employment structure. The third part, first introduce the empirical model to be used in this paper, and then study the Shanghai’s structure of employment using the model of the effects of the employment structure, employment structure and industrial structure, the angle of deviation of an empirical model. The fourth part summarizes the contents of the article, draw conclusions and make policy recommendations. In this paper, use a structured deviation coefficient and the correlation coefficient matrix as research methods in Shanghai’s deviation and relevance between employment structure and industrial structure. And the relevant conclusions from the argument of view, mainly based on the structure of employment similar coefficient deduced the structure of employment in Shanghai, and according to the industrial structure similarity coefficient deduced the structure of employment in Shanghai, obtained by comparing the relevant relationship. While the third industry structural deviation compared with the theoretical value of international standards to determine whether it is within the framework of standards to determine development of tertiary industry, as well as the potential for creating jobs.
