The JZ Company is founded in 2008, which is invested by Hong Kong CS Group and Sichuan FL Company. It is a joint-venture company, been held absolutely by Hong Kong CS Group. Its main businesses are the sales of package material, including for cigarette package material, OPP film, aluminum paper and providing after-sales service.As one of the subcompany of the Hong Kong CS Group, Hong Kong CS Group will pay great attention and support the development for the JZ Company. JZ Company will employ professionals from home and abroad, which have many experiences in the field of printing cigarette package, as the senior managers and technical staffs.JZ Company relies on the strengths and support of the holding company. It develops in southwest market in China as the basic and then keeps a foothold expands to the whole nation step by step. JZ Company depends on the product and technological superiority, structures the new pattern for development human resources of modern printing enterprise, puts the ISO administrative system into practice to meet the standards of tobacco Company examining, implements the ERP/CRM management according with modern enterprise developing trend. In such development strategies, JZ Company can control the manufacture cost, raise the product quality and service by introducing talented professionals, increasing training, building-up the perfect management system. Thereby, improve customer’s degree of satisfaction, enhance the company competitive ability. JZ Company believes it will expand ceaselessly with the step of the development of customer and will become the leader of the printing cigarette packageAs an enterprise’s operator with many years’experiences in the printing field and a top-level administrator of JZ Company, I expect to delve into the development strategies for it by utilizing the EMBA knowledge in accordance with the actual conditions of Chinese printing industry and JZ company itself.The full text is divided into four chapters.Chapter 1 Background for the foundation of JZ Company and the problems which JZ Company would be faced with. It first reviews the background and development, secondly briefs the problems of Chinese printing industry and printing enterprise, and then uncovers the possible problems and development bottleneck which JZ company would be faced with.Chapter 2 SWOT Analysis of the Internal and External Circumstances of JZ Company. This chapter firstly outlines the Strategic Management for enterprises. Then applies the ideology of SWOT analyse the macro and micro circumstances from exterior by PEST Model and Five-Force Model of Porter. The final part of this chapter is to analyse the internal circumstances.This chapter is to strive to demonstrate the internal strengths and weaknesses, also the external chances and challenges of JZ Company under the complex and volatile circumstance. Which will provide the evidence for the topic of "development prospect determine and strategy selection" in the Chapter 3.Chapter 3 Development Strategy Selection and Planning of JZ company. On the basis of the SWOT Analyse in the chapter 2, put forward the development strategic selection, the development strategic planning and the company’s functional strategy by means of the relative theory of company strategy management.Chapter 4 Strategy Implementation and Controlment. Firstly, put the company’s strategic planning into effect by unified cognition and structure guarantee to implement the specific strategy. Then elaborate the domination of the implementation process of the company’s development strategy.From this article, I expect to make the company consequently accommodate itself to the changes from interior and exterior, and guide it to set up the company and then go into the rapid development channel.
